A privately owned holiday villa at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac with fabulous sea views, Casa Viladeira will become your home from home.
Set in mature gardens, Casa Viladeira is secluded and tranquil. The roof terrace and the garden terrace in front of the house, overlook Carvoeiro town and the sea beyond. It takes approximately five minutes to walk down into the town, and ten minutes to the beach, that is if you can tear yourself away from the private swimming pool and terrace.
Accommodation
Everywhere is decorated to a high specification, in a warm, traditional, less contemporary style, but without compromising on comfort.
Bedrooms: can sleep a maximum of seven
- main bedroom with three single beds and ensuite bathroom
- cots are available
- bedroom two with a double bed
- bedroom three with a double bed
- all bedrooms have window shutters - the main bedroom also has an outside door onto the patio.
Bathrooms:

Dining Room:
- dining room terrace with incredible views down the valley to the sea

Location:
Carvoeiro is approximately forty minutes by car from Faro airport. Car hire is generally recommended even though the many shops - local bakery, delicatessen, supermarket, takeaway etc, - and local restaurants are just five minutes walk.
There are two golf courses nearby and several other local golden sandy cove beaches, all within a 10 minute drive.
Rental Pricing
Change over days, preferably, would be Saturday although there is always flexibility on this.
Checking out time too would be 10.00 am although this too can be flexible depending upon the next client arrival. There is no minimum rental period. Casa Viladeira is to suit your timetable as much as possible, rather than ours, so a week, ten days, two weeks and so on, are all possible.
Bespoke Packages
Whilst a great family destination, it is also ideal for shorter weekend/long weekend breaks, for girlie weekends, a birthday surprise or golf breaks - even a sneaky love nest hideaway! We can provide a chef; a beautician; a full fridge in advance - whatever it is that you would like, we are able to do it - we can build a package to suit you specifically.
